Privacy Policy

SuiteHome Labs LLC, doing business as Agentora (“Agentora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website (agentora.co), mobile applications (AgentPro, AgentConnect), and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

Agent registration: Name, email, phone number, real estate license number, license state, brokerage name, service areas (counties), profile photo, bio, specialties, social media links.

Consumer registration: Name, email. Phone number and date of birth are optional.

Onboarding preferences (consumers): Situation/intent (e.g., first-time buyer, relocation), preferred location (county/city), budget range, property type preferences, bedroom/bathroom preferences.

Founding Agent applications: All agent registration fields plus motivation statement, social profile URL, and review platform links.

Communications: Messages sent between agents and consumers through the Platform, and between agents in the referral network.

Referral agreements: Client names, property interests, referral fee terms, and electronic signature data.

Reviews: Star ratings, written reviews, and agent replies.

Payment information: Subscription billing is processed by RevenueCat and Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers. We receive transaction confirmations, subscription status, and billing identifiers.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages visited, time spent, referring URL, and app usage patterns.

E-sign audit data: When you electronically sign an agreement, we record your IP address, device information, user agent string, and timestamp for legal compliance (ESIGN Act).

Analytics: We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how users interact with the Platform. We do not sell analytics data to third parties.

Cookies: We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

1.3 Information from Third Parties

License verification: We may verify real estate license status through ARELLO or state licensing board databases.

Social login: If you sign in with Google, Facebook, or Apple, we receive your name and email from those providers. We do not post to your social accounts.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Platform;
  • Create and manage your account;
  • Connect consumers with agents based on stated preferences and agent specialties;
  • Facilitate agent-to-agent referral agreements and communication;
  • Generate and store electronically signed agreements with audit trails;
  • Process subscription payments;
  • Send transactional notifications (connection requests, referral updates, agreement status);
  • Verify real estate license status;
  • Display agent profiles on public share pages;
  • Enforce our Terms of Service;
  • Respond to your inquiries and support requests;
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve the Platform (aggregated, not individual).

We do not use your information to:

  • Sell your personal data to third parties;
  • Display third-party advertising;
  • Build advertising profiles;
  • Share your data with data brokers.

3. How We Share Your Information

3.1 With Other Users

Agent profiles (name, photo, bio, specialties, service areas, brokerage, reviews) are displayed publicly on share pages and within the Platform. Agents control visibility of certain fields through share page customization settings.

Consumer preferences (situation, location, budget, property type) are shared with agents the consumer connects with. Consumers are informed of this during onboarding.

Referral data (client name, intent, county) is shared between the referring and receiving agents as part of the referral agreement.

3.2 With Service Providers

We share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf:

  • Firebase (Google Cloud) — hosting, database, authentication, cloud functions, file storage
  • RevenueCat / Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing
  • Postmark — transactional email delivery
  • ARELLO — real estate license verification

These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only to perform services for us and to maintain appropriate security measures.

3.3 For Legal Reasons

We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Agentora, our users, or the public.

3.4 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the successor entity. We will notify you of any such transfer.

4. Data Retention

Active accounts: We retain your information for as long as your account is active.

Deleted accounts: Upon account deletion, we remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or necessary to resolve disputes. Electronically signed agreements and their audit trails are retained for 7 years for legal compliance.

Referral agreements: Signed PDFs and audit trails are retained for 7 years from the agreement date, regardless of account status.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including: encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), encrypted data at rest (Google Cloud), access controls and authentication, regular security reviews, and SHA-256 document integrity verification for signed agreements.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but will notify affected users promptly in the event of a data breach.

6. Your Rights and Choices

6.1 Access and Correction

You can access and update your personal information through your account settings at any time.

6.2 Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account by contacting us at hello@agentora.co. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

6.3 Communication Preferences

You can opt out of non-essential email communications through your account settings. You cannot opt out of transactional notifications related to active connections, agreements, or account security.

6.4 California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know what personal information we collect and how it is used; request deletion of your personal information; opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell your data); and not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.

6.5 Georgia Residents

Georgia does not currently have a comprehensive consumer privacy law. We extend the same rights described above to all users regardless of state.

7. Children’s Privacy

The Platform is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.

8. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated policy on the Platform and updating the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
