What founding agents get
Growth, free for life
Buyers in your county matched to you, your own share page, in-app messaging with clients, and deal tracking. Growth is $49 a month at regular price. Founding agents never pay for it.
Founding prices on Pro and Partner
Pro is $29.99 a month instead of $79. Partner is $49.99 a month instead of $129. Your founding price is locked for life as long as your subscription stays active.
First claim on your county
Each county has 3 to 5 agents per specialty, so clients see a short list of agents who fit their situation. Founding agents claim their county spots before Agentora opens to everyone.
The founding badge and three founding invitations
Your profile carries the Founding Agent badge. You also get three founding invitations to bring in agents you would vouch for.

Founding agent questions
- Who can become a founding agent?
- Licensed real estate agents in Georgia, during pre-launch. There are 150 founding spots in total, and every application is reviewed by a person.
- Is the Growth plan really free?
- Yes. Founding agents get Growth free for life. Everyone else pays $49 a month for it.
- Do I pay per lead or per ZIP code?
- No. Agentora does not sell leads or charge by ZIP code. You pay a flat subscription for the tools. Being matched with clients in your county is included on every plan, including the free founding plan.
- How many agents are in each county?
- There are 3 to 5 agents per specialty in each county, so you are never one of twenty agents competing for the same client.
- Does Agentora take a cut of referrals?
- No. Agentora takes 0% on referrals. Partner agents send and receive referrals through the app, and the referral fee is between the two agents.
- What happens to founding pricing if I cancel?
- There is no long-term contract and you can cancel anytime. Founding pricing stays locked for life while your subscription is active. If you cancel and come back later, regular rates apply.
